As I spirited

to the center of the gym

i took a deep breath

and the lights started to dim.

There's more to cheering

than jumping and yelling,

there's competitions, bake sales

and lots of great spelling.

If you look beyond the uniform

you may be surprised to see

that we aren't all annoying

like the girls on glee.

We just have spirit and

aren't afraid yo shout as loud as we can be.
